Michael and Sarah will be putting together a gently paced workshop looking more deeply at the connections between certain poses and how this can help us move towards more challenging poses.

Please don’t be put off by the length of the yoga workshop. The workshop will be structured to suit everyone, and the workshop length provides more time to explore poses in more detail as well as plenty of time for relaxation. It is our hope to spend some time towards the end of the class exploring pranayama, an introduction to the subtle art of yogic breathing.

The workshop is suitable for those who have been attending regular Iyengar yoga classes for 12 months or more. We will look at inversions during the workshop but you don’t have to be able to do these to attend.
