It’s International Yoga Day on Friday 21st June and we’d love to get together to celebrate our good fortune at discovering this wonderful practice and express our gratitude to Guruji. We are holding a special pranayama class, 6 – 7.30 pm at Yoga Now studio. Katie will teach us and anyone is welcome who attends a yoga class regularly.

Pranayama, for anyone new to the practice, uses our breath to restore and balance our energy. It usually involves supported asanas which relax the mind and open the chest in preparation for the Pranayama. Some experience of basic asana is required before embarking on a Pranayama practice.

Book your place on the Yoga Now website Timetable.
All equipment is provided.
