Clare Trodden started practising yoga more than 20 years ago, when young, fit and flexible and the poses came very easily. Things have changed quite a bit with the years but yoga means more to her now than ever. Yoga has helped her make the best of life’s challenges and allowed her to do things she never thought possible, such as studying at the Iyengar institute in India. Clare really enjoys teaching students of all ages, shapes and sizes. That’s one of the joys of Iyengar yoga – it is accessible to all and can benefit everyone!
