Angela Harris first discovered Iyengar Yoga whilst travelling in India in 2001. Immediately hooked, she was delighted to be able to continue her Yoga journey when she returned to Glasgow. She had tried other forms of yoga but with her physiotherapy background, however it was Iyengar Yoga that made so much sense. Iyengar Yoga pays great attention to detail in body alignment and precision of poses. Through continued practice, she discovered not only tremendous physical benefits but emotional and mental calm.
