As part of our mission to bring the benefits of yoga to our students, Yoga Now is offering extra classes to delve a bit deeper into specific aspects of the practice. These provide more time to look at groups of asanas and are particularly helpful for anyone thinking about moving up to a new level class or wanting to start or improve their home practice.

There will be a session on Saturday 29 June, 12-1.30, which will look at backbends – a group of asanas which bring joy and vigour to our practice. Everyone attending a regular class is welcome.
